Pretérito imperfecto · “used to” and “was …ing”
Futuro · plans and promises; in speech, “voy a hablar” is just as common

The plumber will tighten the pipe that's leaking.
Yo apretaría más ese tornillo, se va a caer.
I'd tighten that screw more, it's going to fall off.
