Good to know

  • "Apply for" é se candidatar a uma vaga ou pedir algo: "apply for a job", "apply for a visa". "Apply to" é se candidatar a uma escola ou empresa.
  • "Apply" também é aplicar, passar: "apply sunscreen"; e "application" é a candidatura, o pedido ou o aplicativo.
