On the last day of the course in Bologna, each student cooks one dish for Signora Ada, and Laura cooks the first recipe in her grandmother's notebook, a pasta from the mountains that the teacher has to read to her. Then the goodbyes. Ask why and answer because, say something is easy or difficult, big or small, ask how something went, say it was delicious, and wish someone good luck, the Italian way.
