Honorific

사장님이 두말없이 전액 다 환불하셨어요.

The owner refunded the full amount without a word.
Connectives

환불하면 적립 포인트도 같이 사라져요.

If you get a refund, the reward points disappear too.

If you don't like it, get a refund within a week.

환불하다 is the shop refunding; the customer asks with 환불해 주세요 or says 환불받다. 교환하다 is to exchange.
