  2. Past

    Por fin se cumplió mi sueño de ver Sevilla.

    My dream of seeing Seville finally came true.

  3. Imperfect

    De niña creía que los deseos siempre se cumplían.

    As a girl I believed wishes always came true.

  4. Future

    Si trabajas así, tu sueño se cumplirá pronto.

    If you work like that, your dream will come true soon.

  5. Conditional

    Sin tu ayuda, este plan nunca se cumpliría.

    Without your help, this plan would never come true.

  6. Present subjunctive

    Ojalá que se cumpla todo lo que deseas.

    I hope everything you wish for comes true.

  7. Past subjunctive

    Nadie esperaba que la profecía se cumpliera.

    Nobody expected the prophecy to come true.

  8. Imperative

    ¡Cúmplete ya, deseo mío, que llevo años esperando!

    Come true now, wish of mine, I've been waiting for years!

  • Cumplirse also counts time: hoy se cumplen diez años is "today it's ten years".
