  3. Imperfect

    Las etiquetas viejas ya no se pegaban bien.

    The old labels didn't stick well anymore.

  4. Future

    Con este calor, la ropa se te pegará al cuerpo.

    In this heat, your clothes will stick to your body.

  5. Conditional

    Sin aceite, los huevos se pegarían al sartén.

    Without oil, the eggs would stick to the pan.

  6. Present subjunctive

    Mueve la salsa para que no se pegue.

    Stir the sauce so it doesn't stick.

  7. Past subjunctive

    Engrasé el molde para que no se pegara el pastel.

Good to know

  • "Pegarse" is also to bump yourself: me pegué en la cabeza. "Pegar" alone is to hit or to glue.
