Leçons 1 à 10Sarah lands in Mexico City and rings the bell of her hostel.
At the desk of the hostel, Diego asks Sarah where she's from and whether she speaks Spanish, and one of his questions is much too fast for her.
Diego takes Sarah up the stairs to her room, and shows her the bed, the key and where the bathroom is.
Sarah's first breakfast in the hostel kitchen, where the young woman at the stove has a voice she knows from the night before.
Sarah buys her first tacos from Don Luis, at the stand on the corner, pays with a coin of ten, and asks him the question she asks everyone.
Back from the taco stand, Sarah meets an older woman watering the plants in the courtyard, and asks her the question she has asked everyone, the polite way.
Back from the park, Sarah is starving, and Valeria takes her to the market for lunch, while Carmen keeps Diego at the desk.
Sarah goes to see the old centre of Mexico City on her own, and gets lost.
After getting lost, Sarah wants a map on her phone, so she buys a Mexican chip, and the young man at the counter reads her new number very fast.
On the roof of the hostel at night, Valeria asks Sarah about her day, and then has news of her own and a question.

Leçons 11 à 20Sarah and Valeria leave Casa Carmen for the bus station, and Diego explains how to cross the city.
At the bus station, Sarah buys the tickets to Oaxaca on her own, and then Diego calls, with a question about her one-way ticket.
With thirty-five minutes before the bus, Sarah and Valeria sit down to eat tacos, and lose track of the time.
On the long bus ride south, Valeria won't let Sarah sleep.
The bus arrives in Oaxaca.
Valeria takes Sarah to the market of Oaxaca.
It's Sunday, and Sarah is invited to lunch at the house of Valeria's parents, with a bag of fruit and chocolate from the market.
Sunday lunch goes on over coffee, and Valeria's parents want to know all about Sarah's family.
The morning after Sunday lunch, something Sarah ate doesn't agree with her, and she goes to the pharmacy on the corner.
Sarah is on her feet again, the afternoon rain comes down on Oaxaca, and she and Valeria sit in a café on the square and talk about what they like.

Leçons 21 à 30Valeria's holiday is almost over, and Sarah has to decide where to go next, on her own.
Sarah rides the bus down to Puerto Escondido, alone, and meets Valeria's friend Mateo on the beach, with two surfboards.
After a day in the waves, Sarah has dinner on the sand with Mateo and his sister Paola, and orders for the three of them.
At a stall on the beach road, Sarah looks for a present for Valeria, and a hat for her sunburnt nose.
Sarah spends a whole day on a little boat along the coast, and comes back with a lot to tell, and a present for Mateo.
It's Thursday in Puerto Escondido.
It's Friday, and Valeria arrives at noon for Sarah's surprise birthday party.
On Saturday morning, Mateo asks Sarah when she is leaving.
On Saturday evening, Sarah watches the sunset with Valeria and Mateo, thanks her friends and promises to return.
On Sunday morning, Sarah lets the airport bus leave without her.
