  2. Past

    おつり を かぞえたら、 ひゃくえん たりなかった。

    When I counted the change, a hundred yen was missing.

  3. Te-form

    め を つぶって、 じゅう まで かぞえて。

    Close your eyes and count to ten.

  4. Potential

    むすこ は もう ひゃく まで かぞえられます。

    My son can count to a hundred now.

  5. Want to
