The Godmother

A week after the birth, Rocio and her mother come back to the clinic with the baby, a pot of mole and a surprise, and that evening Sarah tells Julian. ストーリー

It's Wednesday, the twentieth of May, a week after the storm. It's a sunny morning, for once, and the waiting room is full. Rocio walks in with her mother and a tiny bundle wrapped in a pink blanket, for the baby's first check-up. Her mother is carrying a clay pot, still warm. That evening, Julian comes over to Sarah's flat for dinner. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
