On Andalusia Day, Manolo does something he has never done, he pours his good sherry for free, and the friends look back on two crazy months while Lucia counts the days to Japan.

Lucia leaves for three months in Japan, and Sarah and Julian see her off at Seville airport, where Manolo's ham doesn't get past the check-in desk.
