On Andalusia Day, Manolo does something he has never done, he pours his good sherry for free, and the friends look back on two crazy months while Lucia counts the days to Japan. A HISTÓRIA

It's Monday, February 28th, Andalusia Day, a holiday in the south of Spain. Green and white flags hang from the balconies of Pureza Street. In Manolo's bar, Sarah, Julian, Encarna and Lucia have just had breakfast, toast with olive oil, the Andalusian way, when Manolo comes out from behind the bar with a bottle of sherry and five glasses. Lucia leaves for Japan on Thursday, and everyone raises a glass. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
