On Monday morning Sarah calls the airline to finish changing her flight. Give a booking number, say months and dates, understand a fee and ask for confirmation by email. Her new date lets her stay for the Day of the Dead, but first she needs cash for the airline's office.

Sarah's original flight was on Sunday, August thirty-first. Two weeks later she returned to Oaxaca, and now it is Monday, September fifteenth. The airline already knows she wants another date. Sitting on her new bed with her passport, she calls to arrange it. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
