The Contract

Sarah meets the landlady, Pilar, to sign the contract for her flat, and on Monday Elena signs as her guarantor and the keys are hers. A HISTÓRIA

It's Saturday morning, the seventh of February. The landlady, Pilar, owns the building and lives on the ground floor, surrounded by plants and a very old cat. She's kind, but she's been a landlady for forty years, and she does everything by the book. She invites Sarah into her kitchen with a pot of coffee and a thick contract. On Monday afternoon, Elena comes to sign as Sarah's guarantor. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
