Moving Day

Andres and Tono help Sarah carry thirty-two boxes and a mattress into her new flat. The staircase is narrow, the boxes are heavy, and a lamp does not survive. Explain purposes with "so that", set conditions with "unless" and "as long as", give moving instructions, and spend the first night in a home of your own.

A HISTÓRIA

It is Saturday, February fourteenth. Andres has driven Don Roberto's van to Sarah's new building, where Tono joins them. The flat is on the second floor, up narrow stairs. By eight that evening the mattress is inside, the lamp is broken and Sarah is buying the promised tacos. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
