過去

Le rogué al funcionario que me atendiera sin cita.

I begged the official to see me without an appointment.
半過去

Mi madre siempre nos rogaba que llamáramos al llegar.

My mother always begged us to call when we arrived.
未来

Si hace falta, le rogaré al casero de rodillas.

If need be, I'll beg the landlord on my knees.
条件法

Yo no le rogaría nada a ese hombre.

I wouldn't beg that man for anything.
現在接続法

No hace falta que me ruegues, te ayudo encantado.

There's no need to beg me, I'll gladly help you.
過去接続法

Aunque me rogara, no volvería con él.

Even if he begged me, I wouldn't go back to him.
命令形

Ruégale que te dé una semana más.

Beg him to give you one more week.

"Se ruega silencio" is what signs say; "te lo ruego" is "I beg you". It takes the subjunctive: te ruego que vengas.

Le rogué al médico que me dejara ir. I begged the doctor to let me go.
Les voy a rogar paciencia. I'm going to ask them for patience.

Les ruego que apaguen los móviles. I ask you to switch off your phones.
Les rogué que volvieran a sus asientos. I asked them to return to their seats.
Les voy a rogar silencio durante la ceremonia. I'm going to ask you for silence during the ceremony.
