PART 2 · LESSON 12 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
Seven O'Clock
At seven in the morning, the citizens' office puts its free appointments online, and Lukas has his laptop on the breakfast table. Day after day there's nothing, and then, at two minutes past seven, there's one. Frau Weber does the sums, and at the station Nina can't believe how quick it was. Say the days of the week and what day it is, ask when, give a date and a time, say you've got an appointment, and tell a friend they're lucky.

THE STORY
It's Thursday, seven in the morning. The citizens' office puts its free appointments online at seven, and Lukas has his laptop on the breakfast table, between the rolls. Day after day, there's no appointment. Then, at two minutes past seven, there's one. Frau Weber does the sums, and at the station Nina can't believe how quick it was. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
