PART 2 · LESSON 11 OF 30 · 31 MINUTES
A Ticket to Rome
On the first of May, a holiday in Italy, Laura leaves Bologna for Rome, where her grandmother's family is waiting for her. At the station she buys her ticket in Italian, and on the platform someone she didn't expect is waiting with a present. Buy a train ticket, ask what time the train leaves, count from twenty-one to sixty, say the train is late, and say goodbye the way friends do.
