PART 2 · LESSON 12 OF 30 · 31 MINUTES

My Cousin

Laura's train reaches Rome twenty minutes late, and on the platform, a young woman with a helmet under her arm says her name. A ride on a Vespa across Rome brings her to the family bakery, and to an aunt at the window. Ask and tell the time, say you're someone's cousin, say sorry and that you're late, get on and hold on, ask how long it takes, and say it's ready.
