PART 1 · LESSON 7 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
A Glass of Longjing
It's Saturday morning, Lan's day off, and she takes Owen to an old wooden teahouse over West Lake, so that he knows what real Longjing tastes like before he buys any. Owen orders, Lan orders a coffee, and the leaves stand up in the glass. Call a waiter and order a glass of something, say what you like and what you don't drink, ask what about you, ask if someone has ever had something, say how a tea smells and tastes, and say it's on me.
