Back at the Hanaya on Tuesday evening, Ben calls Yui in Kyoto about the two flats. He weighs space, rent and the walk to the station, chooses the first flat and tells Kenta and Mrs. Sato. Compare two things, join descriptions, give an opinion and say you have decided.

ストーリー

It is still Tuesday, July eighth. After seeing both flats and eating ramen with Mrs. Sato, Ben calls Yui in Kyoto from his room at the Hanaya. The new flat is small, quiet and close to the station. The old flat has more room and lower rent. He has not chosen yet. This is the conversation you will be able to say by the end of the lesson.
