Monday night, back in Oaxaca, Julian comes to Sarah's balcony with tamales and a folder full of papers, and explains why he never mentioned the grant, and what his project is about. It's Monday night, back in Oaxaca. The city is getting ready for Christmas, and there are paper flags strung across the street below Sarah's balcony. Julian has brought tamales from the market and a folder full of papers. He hasn't said much since the plane. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
