PART 2 · LESSON 13 OF 30 · 31 MINUTES
Already Gone
On Friday evening Lukas reads the flat ads aloud in the breakfast room, and the rents run into the thousands. One flat is too expensive, one too small, one too far, and the cheap one is already gone when Max calls. Then, at the last minute, a viewing in Friedrichshain, with no appointment needed. Count in tens, read a flat ad, say something is too expensive, too small or too far, call about a flat, and say sorry, it's already gone.
