PART 1 · LESSON 9 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
Uncle and Auntie
It's Sunday, and Owen is going to lunch at the flat where Lan lives with her parents. Auntie Ma has a rule about visiting a family, and a fruit stall in the lane. Buy fruit by the jin and ask if it's sweet, greet a friend's parents and give a little gift, say someone is too kind, ask what someone does and say where you work, say how old someone is and that he still does something, and tell a guest to eat some more.
