The Boat Trip

On Sunday Chloe comes down from Lyon, and she and Emma take the boat to the islands, where Emma gives her the blue hat. That evening, back at the old port, Emma tells Hugo all about it. A HISTÓRIA

It's Sunday. Chloe has come down from Lyon for the day, and she and Emma take the boat from the old port to the little islands off Marseille. Out at sea, Emma finally gives Chloe her present. That evening, after Chloe's train, Emma is back at the old port with her hair full of salt. Hugo is packing up his kayaks and wants to hear everything. Until now, Emma has only ever said "it was". Today she has a whole day to tell. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
