A Car in Rennes

In Rennes, Emma does the talking at the car hire desk, and Chloe, who drives, shows her licence. Give the name on a booking, say who is going to drive, understand the deposit, the insurance, unlimited mileage and a full tank, say when you'll bring the car back, walk round the car and point out a scratch, find reverse gear and the headlights, and follow the GPS.

A HISTÓRIA

It's Saturday, October 24. The train arrives in Rennes at midday. Emma doesn't have her French licence yet, so Chloe will drive, and Emma will do the talking. That was the deal. At the car hire agency across from the station, a man in a red jacket is waiting behind the desk. Then he takes them out to the car. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
