I Would Have Put More Cheese
The menu tasting with the caterer and Dona Vera, and Daniel has opinions about everything, from the cheese pastries to the little chocolate sweets. Say what you would have done differently, "I would have put in more cheese", "it could have been worse", "you should have told me", say that something needs salt or is a bit dry, and talk about starters, main courses, vegetarians, cakes and sweets.

ストーリー
Wednesday, December fifteenth, in the evening, in a caterer's kitchen in Tijuca. A long table, white plates, and a chef who has cooked for weddings for thirty years. Dona Vera, the planner, sits at the end with her notebook. Dona Rosa is back in Minas. Daniel arrived twenty minutes late, and he hasn't eaten since lunch, on purpose. Before they leave, the chef brings out a tray of little sweets. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
