PART 2 · LESSON 12 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
One Bud, One Leaf
It's Tuesday, half past five in the morning, and Owen picks tea for the first time, on the terraces behind the house, with eight women from Henan. Their leader shows him the rule of the best tea, and then asks him the question she asks every young man. Say what someone is doing right now, say that something is wrong or just right, tell someone they're too slow, ask if someone has a girlfriend and answer no, say where she is, weigh tea by the jin and the liang, and thank people for their hard work.
