Marcos's last day. Paula comes down from the director's office with good news, the team takes Marcos to a farewell lunch, and at five he picks up his box. Make wishes for someone, "may you be happy" and "may everything work out", say you'll miss someone, make a short speech and a toast. Then a review of Part One.

The last Friday of March. At nine Paula went up to the top floor to meet the director, and now she is back, with two coffees. At one the team takes Marcos to lunch at the restaurant on the corner, the one with the slow waiter and the good fish, because he leaves for Sao Paulo tomorrow morning.
