One sentence for each tense, the way people say it.

  1. Present

    쌍둥이라서 둘은 웃는 소리까지 똑같아요.

    They're twins, so even their laughs are exactly the same.

  2. Past

    작년 시험 문제가 올해랑 똑같았어요.

    Last year's exam questions were exactly the same as this year's.

  3. Future

    어느 지점에 가도 맛은 똑같을 거예요.

    Whichever branch you go to, the taste will be exactly the same.

  4. Honorific

    할머니는 십 년 전이랑 똑같으세요.

    Grandma is exactly the same as ten years ago.

  5. Connectives

    디자인은 똑같지만 가격이 두 배예요.

    The design is exactly the same, but the price is double.

Good to know

  • 똑같다 is exactly the same; 같다 alone is the same, or looks like. 똑같이 is the adverb, "in exactly the same way".
