PART 2 · LESSON 13 OF 30 · 31 MINUTES
The Hot Wok
It's Tuesday afternoon, and the morning's leaves go into the wok. In the frying room, two woks are as hot as an iron, a young frier from Anhui calls Owen anything but his name, and Owen finds out how long an apprentice used to watch. In the evening, the weather forecast makes Master Chen stand up. Say it's hot in here and that you've got a name, tell someone what to call you, say what someone is doing, ask if someone can fry tea and say you can't, ask someone to teach you, warn someone that something is very hot, ask if it still hurts and say it doesn't, and understand a weather forecast.
