    I'm trying to make som tam myself.

  2. Right now

    กำลัง ลอง ใส่ เสื้อ ตัว นี้ อยู่ ค่ะ.

    I'm trying this top on right now.

  3. Past

    ลอง ชิม หรือ ยัง ครับ? เผ็ด มาก.

    Have you tried it yet? It's very spicy.

  4. Future

    พรุ่งนี้ จะ ลอง ขับ เรือ เอง ค่ะ.

    Tomorrow I'll try driving the boat myself.

  5. Ever and never

    เคย ลอง กิน แมลง ไหม ครับ?

    Have you ever tried eating insects?

  6. Want, must and can

    ขอ ลอง ดู ได้ ไหม คะ?

    Can I have a try?

  7. Requests

    ลอง ดู หน่อย ครับ, ไม่ ยาก.

    Give it a try, it's not hard.

Good to know

  • ลอง usually ends with ดู, "try and see": ลอง ชิม ดู is taste it and see, ลอง ใส่ ดู is try it on.
