LA HISTORIA
It is still Saturday afternoon in May. Bia is driving the rented car, with a full tank, when a strange noise makes her pull into a wide stopping place away from traffic. A mechanic helps them contact the rental office and get the car to his garage. An initial two-hour estimate becomes an overnight wait for a battery, so they arrange rooms in the nearby town and tell the family about the delay.
