A Flat for Two

Yui needs somewhere to live in Tokyo, and Ben has an idea. One flat, for two. They go back to the estate agent who found Ben his flat. Suggest looking for a flat together, ask for a flat for two, ask whether pets are allowed, name the rooms, compare a flat with yours, say a place is near both stations, and talk about the deposit and the contract.

LA HISTORIA

Yui will need somewhere to live in Tokyo, and Ben has an idea. One flat, for two. On Saturday they go back to the estate agent who found Ben his flat last summer. This time they want a bedroom, a living room, and somewhere near both their trains. Yui has one more wish. She has always wanted a cat. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
