Subjunctive

मैं नहीं चाहती कि मेरा भाई फिर फ़ेल हो.

I don't want my brother to fail again.

Said of exams and of plans alike: वह गणित में फ़ेल हुआ, प्लान फ़ेल हुआ; the subject takes no ने.
