  6. Subjonctif présent

    Espero que vuelvan pronto a visitarnos.

    I hope you come back to visit us soon.

  7. Subjonctif passé

    Le pedí que no volviera a llegar tarde.

    I asked him not to be late again.

  8. Impératif

Bon à savoir

  • "Volver a" plus a verb is to do it again: volví a llamar. In Mexico "regresar" is the everyday word for coming back.
