On Tuesday morning, Ben and Yui take the marriage form to the ward office.
Two weeks after the honeymoon, the dishes keep piling up, so Yui draws up a housework chart for the fridge.
Sakura English has its year-end party at an izakaya near Ueno.
On Christmas Eve, a parcel comes from Ben's parents and his sister Emma, with maple syrup and two very warm coats, for Canada.
New Year's Day at Yui's parents' house in Kyoto, Ben's first New Year as one of the family.
On the third of January, the relatives come to the Yamamotos' house in Kyoto, and first and loudest is Yui's aunt Fumiko, from Osaka.
Back in Tokyo, the Hanaya throws its New Year party for the futsal team.
