Looking for a Flat
On Tuesday Ben visits two flats with an estate agent. One is new, small and close to the station; the other is old, spacious and cheaper. Ask about rent, floors and walking distance, describe a place and explain what you are looking for. Ben returns to the Hanaya with two possibilities and no decision.

It is Tuesday, July eighth. Yesterday Ben finished his paperwork at the city office, using the Hanaya's address. His job at Sakura English starts on August first.
