Where and When?

Ben and Yui start planning the wedding, at home, with a notebook and Maple. Kyoto or Tokyo, spring or autumn, a kimono or a dress, and how many guests. On Monday Yui calls a shrine in Kyoto, very politely, and they have a date. Use shall we (shiyo ka), A or B (… ka … ka), whether, if (-ba), and polite requests on the phone.

Sunday April eleventh, twenty twenty-seven. Yui has a new notebook, and Maple is asleep on it. On the first page, three questions. Where, when, how many. Yui has always dreamed of a shrine wedding in Kyoto, in a white kimono. Ben's family will fly from Canada. And Ben has promised the whole futsal team. On Monday, Yui calls a shrine. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
