Sota's First Date

Sota's first date goes badly, and on Sunday morning Kenta and Ben give him advice in the Hanaya's kitchen. Learn to say "I should have" with -ba yokatta, and "I shouldn't have" with -nakereba yokatta. Talk about a date, nerves, being late and a forgotten wallet, give a friend advice, and plan a second chance.

A HISTÓRIA

Sunday, the thirteenth of June, and it's still raining. Kenta let Sota have Saturday off for his first date, with Mio, a girl from his economics class. He took her to a cafe in Shimokitazawa. He was late, he couldn't think of anything to say, and when the bill came, his wallet was at home. Now he's back at the Hanaya, washing dishes very slowly, and Kenta and Ben want to know everything. That evening, his big sister phones. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
