It is still Tuesday, July eighth. After seeing both flats and eating ramen with Mrs. Sato, Ben calls Yui in Kyoto from his room at the Hanaya. The new flat is small, quiet and close to the station. The old flat has more room and lower rent. He has not chosen yet. This is the conversation you will be able to say by the end of the lesson.
