L’HISTOIRE
It's Wednesday the seventeenth of September, and Emma is yawning in the staff room between her two evening classes. Karim, who is never tired, thinks he knows why. He runs every morning, once his son is at school. Emma reads, and sometimes goes to the cinema. They compare their weeks, and by the end of the break she has agreed to something she already regrets. On Friday morning at nine, she is standing in the park in her running shoes. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
