LA HISTORIA

Friday December 15, 2028 at eleven in the morning, in Julian's family courtyard in Teotitlan del Valle. Encarna meets his ninety-one-year-old grandmother, tries weaving with permission and sees the rug begun in March. The visitors give Julian's parents the fan and Triana tile; the wedding rug and embroidered shirt stay with the family for the coming ceremonies.
