Sarah meets the landlady, Pilar, to sign the contract for her flat, and on Monday Elena signs as her guarantor and the keys are hers. LA HISTORIA
It's Saturday morning, the seventh of February. The landlady, Pilar, owns the building and lives on the ground floor, surrounded by plants and a very old cat. She's kind, but she's been a landlady for forty years, and she does everything by the book. She invites Sarah into her kitchen with a pot of coffee and a thick contract. On Monday afternoon, Elena comes to sign as Sarah's guarantor. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
