The landlord shows Leo two furnished rooms in a side street off the Dokki metro: come in, may I open the balcony, of course, may I hang my drawings, allowed but nails are not, and friends, friends are allowed and parties are not, I'll take it.

THE STORY

Two furnished rooms with a balcony on the second floor of a quiet side street near the Dokki metro, a May afternoon. The landlord, an older man, and Leo give each other the polite you; Leo calls him sir.
