We Went to an Island

Back in Rio, Daniel brings Carla sweets and a story about the island. The friends remember the road, a boat trip, fish by the sea and the rain turning to sun. Use we in the past, say what was happening when you arrived, and tell someone whether a trip was worth it. Then bring together Part Two.

THE STORY

On Monday evening, Daniel stops at Carla's flat with sweets from the island. He has a sunburnt nose and a lot to tell. Rafael has already taken her a present for looking after the coffee shop. Bia calls while Daniel is there. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
