How About a Holiday?

On a Wednesday evening in April, Bia finds Daniel asleep after work and suggests a May visit to her grandparents' farm. Compare a holiday with a public holiday, suggest a plan, estimate distance and say what is possible. They check that the grandparents can receive them and decide to arrange a rental car.

THE STORY

Daniel has been back at work since his parents went home. On Wednesday in April, Bia visits his flat at eight. He lets her in, then falls asleep on the sofa while she gets water. She wakes him and suggests her grandparents' farm in Minas for his week off in May. Neither owns a car. After checking with her grandparents, they decide to rent one.
