The project went to the client early, and Daniel goes to the director with two requests, one for the team and one for Paula. Two days later, his phone rings. Say what would happen and what you would do, ask politely with "would it be possible", and negotiate a day working from home and a raise.

THE STORY
Tuesday, the twenty-third of March. Yesterday the project went to the client, more than a week before the deadline, and this morning the client called Dona Sonia to say thank you. Daniel thinks this is the right moment. At ten he knocks on her door on the top floor, with two requests written on a piece of paper in his pocket. Two days later, his phone rings.
