PART 2 · LESSON 12 OF 30 · 40 MINUTES
When We Get There
Daniel and Bia plan the trip to Salvador, Luana calls about the dress, and nobody trusts Daniel to buy a suit. Talk about the future with "when", "if", "as soon as" and "after", using the form of the verb Brazilians use for things that haven't happened yet, and plan dates, a hotel and a day off.

THE STORY
A Sunday evening in May. Daniel and Bia are on the sofa with a laptop between them, a calendar on the screen and the wedding invitation on the coffee table. The wedding is in four weeks. Nothing is booked. Half an hour later Bia's phone rings. It's Luana, and she has questions about the dates, the dress and the godfather's suit. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
