PART 3 · LESSON 30 OF 30 · 40 MINUTES
See You Next Year
It's Saturday, Daniel's last day. Seu Jorge was right about the rain, and Carla takes Daniel back to the airport where the story began, and her mother calls, just like on the first day. Say goodbye at the airport, say how fast the time went, ask someone to call when they arrive, and look back over the whole month.

THE STORY
It's Saturday, Daniel's thirtieth day, and it's raining, just as Seu Jorge said it would. Thirty days ago, Daniel walked out of the arrivals door at Rio's airport and couldn't say a word of Portuguese. Now Carla has brought him back, and before he goes through departures her phone rings, just like on the first day. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
