THE STORY
Sunday the twenty-fifth of March, at a dog shelter on the edge of the Tijuca forest, up a long road through the trees. Daniel and Bia came up by Uber, just to look. Sixty dogs live here, in pens under the mango trees, and they all start barking when a car arrives. A volunteer in green boots walks them along the pens. Then, with a dog and no car, they have to find a way home. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
